Designed and implemented a sophisticated BIM/VDC delivery system for the Semiconductor industry. Responsible for implementation of all BIM platforms. Conducted feasibility studies for integration of 13 disciplines into single design authoring platform. Developed proprietary Revit add-ins to aid the delivery of large scale projects and development of Fabrication-grade mechanical isometrics within the Revit environment. Championed the development of Revit native workflows of Laser-scanned data towards data rich models for use in manufacturing facility projects. Initially hired as an AutoCAD drafter within the northeast regional survey department, and was responsible for processing LIDAR and photogrammerty data into Autodesk TIN and flattened topography for large scale civil projects. Integrated existing underground utilities into TIN models to identify grading and excavation conflicts. Assisted —and later led— project submittals for multiple disciplines within the regional offices. Worked intra/inter-office environments to deliver projects and developed strategies to streamline data and communication transfer. Assisted with on-site survey teams to acquire accurate site conditions for integration into CAD data.
